Can I ever relate! I bought a 2013 kx250f motocross bike 2 years ago, and I just didn't want to ride it. It was everything you said. I traded it for one of these today, and I can get the smile off my face. I love riding now!
Almost bought a TTR230 but decided on the KLX230. Felt like a little better quality, disc brakes front and rear, fuel injected. But really like this class of bikes
I would love to see Yamaha bring back the TTR 250 of the early 2000’s! Was a great bike that could run on the road, ad it had a lot more power than the XT250.
Entry level, the corporate buzz word, it's suppose to demean you into buying something far more than what you need. All over in this narrative, first it's a stepping stone and you'll need something more later, which is what a full out competition dirt bike, this is a TRAIL bike, used to ride trails. Well you know the rest.
Just picked up a 2023 new. Only couple hours so far but perfect for my old slow ass lol

How would you compare this to a beta 300 Xtrainer for a trail play bike?
