Everytime nag-iihaw ako ng talong binabalatan ko ng alternate para may balat parin…at baket ko po ginagaw yon…para pantay ang luto sa loob kase ang gamit ko lang po ay mini oven toaster…..set on high 20 minutes each sides.depende po sa size ng eggplants.
