    Hello been looking for you since when.....I am a fan of your mom and you also way back.....since I stayed in Singapore for quite sone time with my kids and grandchildren I miss your demis and your.mom....now that we are in lockdown I came across your blog.....a newbie here 😀😉 I'll follow all your recipes now that I am 72 yrs old now and cooking for my husband only....we are only 2 here at home and I find it rather hard to think of new recipes wuth a twist or old ones but much tastier....thank you Sonny that you have a new blog.....I will be your new subcriber......GOOD LUCK....😍😘🤩🤗😀 from Singapore and Philippines🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

    Hi what kind of salted fish did you use (i live in the US)

      He used daing which is fried or dried milk fish. You can use any fish really then fry or smoke it so you get the salty taste.
