I tried the talong and liempo.....Im not fan of gata pero grabe supper sarap pala nito....thank you Chef =)......by the way ...the sauce I added chop onion and green sili....it was the best !!

Nakakamiss din po yung mga cooking show nyo sa tv.. pero buti na lang meron na po kayo dito sa youtube.

Felix Mazo, how much liquid did you put? the more liquid(water or vinegar) you put, the more it will be runnier(thinner). I hope this helps.
It also help kapag warm water po ang gagamitin mo sa pag gata 😊
