    I tried the talong and liempo.....Im not fan of gata pero grabe supper sarap pala nito....thank you Chef =)......by the way ...the sauce I added chop onion and green sili....it was the best !!

    Kahit saan yang pangA ng TunA d2 sa amin KABISAYAAN nakaka umAy nalang 🤣every probensya naman ay may LeimpO , at never pO yan nawawaLa sa ating hapag KainAn.. LaLO na sa amin ang tawag nyan SinOgbA inahaw na babOy...never Po nag Winter ang pinAs , Tropical po tayO all year Long .. of course my rainy season's tayO... kaya Lahat ng linuto pO ninyO pwede araw araw .

    Sir panu po maging malapot ang gata? Nag try po ako pero watery po yung gata. Please advise. Thanks

      Felix Mazo, how much liquid did you put? the more liquid(water or vinegar) you put, the more it will be runnier(thinner). I hope this helps.
