These cars are going up in value specially the Bk2 3.8 that's what collectors are going for ive been told in car shows ive met several car collectors is this true ive been shopping for one and shit you can't find nothing for 10k i want to find a clean car title and with low miles do you know where i can find one at a good price i got 10k to spend
No unfortunately. Any low mileage bk2 genesis is going to be around $12-15k. Higher mileage bk2’s are around $8-9k. They are great cars tho! Keep looking one will eventually pop up!
Its an unconfirmed statement that you need a blow off valve. Ive had mine this way for years with no issues as well as plenty of people i know that have much bigger turbos. Thanks for the advice though. The waste gates are open most of the time releasing almost all of the boost my car makes until i floor it. Weird system
In Florida they sell for around 5,000-7,000 depending on mileage and condition. They are super easy cars to work on besides replacing the clutch slave cylinder because they are inside the trans. Be careful when you replace the throw out bearing because if you replace the slave cylinder, its a pain to bleed. Ive tried so many times on mine but its a weird system and the procedure is different than other cars. I cant get the air out of the line 😓. The throw out bearing itself is easy tho, you found a good genesis to flip if the price was good
@@seanhaight3939 thanks for the warning. I read that it's smart to pump it full of fluid before installing to make it easier to bleed but I don't know how true that is
Im not sure lol. There is a weird cube line fitting outside of the trans just before the slave cylinder and you have to make sure its twisted a certain direction when you bleed the system so that there wont be air bubbles in it. The service manual explains it better but i couldn’t get all the air out of my lines so my clutch feels spongy lol
very similar to my car same color also an auto mines just 2010 lmao good vid bro
Wow that was a great deal!

How much would you flip it for I just picked up a manual one and I'm wondering how much I could flip it after fixing a throw out bearing issue
