I just got the two level kit with the safety rails and did it from the ground up by myself. It was a pain, but the bottom line is it wobbles on the first level, but not bad. Second level, it wobbles enough to either tie it down or have a couple shots of whiskey.

That baker scaffold looks to be the bees knees! Mrs. Lovely’s ratchet strap idea is a brilliant one. And I know she saw you had missed the castors on the last two outriggers, but was biting her tongue to see how long it would take you to notice! 😂
I need to get myself a similar scaffold system, but one that would work on uneven ground (obviously not with castors) so I can do some soffit vent repairs at our place, which we’ve affectionately called “The Overlook” (yes, like the hotel in “The Shining!”). It’s pretty remote, on a mountainside with a killer view…but sometimes I feel like all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy (IYKWIM). 😂
As for the Milwaukee vs Dewalt debate, they’re both great brands. Buy what works for you and then build your collection once you’ve picked. I too had some cheap Ryobi 12V tools that worked well enough for me for years, until finally the batteries crapped out and wouldn’t hold a charge anymore. The circular saw was a turd, though. I’ve replaced them all with Dewalt 20V and have been much happier, even the circular saw works great. I do have a Milwaukee compound miter saw that is awesome, but it is a corded version so cross branding didn’t matter. You’ll be happy with your new toy - I mean tool collection! 😎👍

I picked up 2 sections last week, replaced to 2nd story windows.
Staging worked out great.
I attached 2 ratchet straps for cross bracing- recommend that highly.
Stiffened the tower right up..
if you use the ratchet straps only attach them where the platform decks are. If you were to attach them to the bottom of the scaffold as you have built it will just bend in the scaffold at the casters.
Why are you assembling the scaffold so close to the windows?
31:46 Bolt on the exterior of scaffolding is to keep the rest of the scaffolding above the cove base and to keep the rest of the scaffolding from rubbing against the wall.🤣
The heavy scaffold is not comfortable to assemble, the locks seem to be problematic with a lot of trash and dust. The idea is to make it easier to use, not the other way around.

Are you sure on the top cage installation? I thought it went on the very top, not on the top platform.

You need to follow a builder I'm following if you want the informative reviews on tools plus how to build with plumb, level and square in mind. @RRBuildings. You will learn a ton from Kyle Stumpenhorst. After watching @RRBuildings, I've purchased a ton of tools including Paslode, Milwaukee, Metabo, Hitachi and of course of Dewalt.
