This type of mold on VHS tapes is very common here in Brazil due to the hot and humid climate. I'm already used to cleaning many tapes like this. Good luck!

once you get the photography space done, you might also want to consider renting the space out on an hourly basis for other photographers. Some local photographers might love a resource of an indoor studio that they can schedule sessions with clients for when you aren't using it.
