That's a BS. There are 2 different things - battery coding and battery registering. If you replace the battery with the same exact type - you just register a new battery. If you replace it with the different type (moved from Standard to AGM or from AGM to Standard and/or to different AH rating) then you code the new battery type and register it. And especially no need to go to the dealership to code it or register it. Don't confuse the people.
Got 127k miles on my 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ and I love by cocaine white boat lol. Faster than you would think with just a V6 and I haven't had to do any repairs to mine yet except replace the gas cap, the master window switch panel on the driver door (idk if it was a defect or if water got in it), and replaced the ORIGINAL front brakes right at 100k miles. Grab the Imp if it goes cheap. Solid underrated cars.
That 335i is either a bad battery, or a bad alternator. Probably not that much is wrong with it, but a low or dead battery will completely mess with the electronics.

That f-150 has a 385 series big block which if it came from the factory that way makes it very rare. I've only seen one other 1/2 ton that body style with a 460, every other f-150 usually had a 360 or 390.
Back in the 80s I had a '78 Impala Coupe. I believe it had a 305 V8. It was built like a tank. Now, I work for a car rental agency and we have Impalas in the fleet. They still look like that 2014 model.

In the older cars the neutral safety switch was electrical. Even if the transmission was disconnected, if the lever was in park it would turn over. I don't know about these newer Fords. Does somebody know how they work on a truck like the red one?

I tried for years to get it back and finally hired an attorney there. He found out the federal police were driving it and I was told I would never get it back again. They just kept asking for more and more paperwork which of course always had to be translated to spanish. I finally gave up. Very sad back then.

My dad owns an E90. The engine is very strong on that 335, if the turbo's good it shouldn't have any mechanical issues. But electrical and sensor problems are a common occurrence and the car DOESN'T LIKE TO SIT. You have to drive it at least once a week, or it will start to drain the battery for whatever reason. Also unless you buy the exact same model of battery that's already in it, you will have to take it to a dealer to code it.

I had a wierd airbag fault on my 08 volvo XC70 where it didn't detect my seatbelt and drivers airbag and i thought the alternator was going out but it might just be my battery, and i got an advice to stick a taxi battery in it, a bit more amps on it for around $170 i think not too bad since most batteries go for that and not nearly enough amps as that battery, but the bmw could easily have a bad alternator, they do wear out

You can option a 301hp v6 in the Camry/Avalon . The new Camry is sweet . There reasonably priced I think . That Impala is nice . Would make a great flip for the right price
The new Camry is two-tone from the factory. XSE is the top model you can get. Im not sure if the TRD is over the XSE but there is nothing special other than some ground effects and TRD badges.
The 75 ford could have a stuck choke that's stuck closed or partially closed or someone just cranked the mixture screws way out but I still say a little time an that would be a good truck for the channel!
The impala is worth at least 2500.00 bucks !!!! I'd definitely buy it fix the damage and cruise down south!!! Not like the 82 I had with the v8 but still a nice car ,not to big but still plenty of room
