I think this was by far the best show of it’s type made. All the people who chose this lifestyle are so tough and immensely smart! Heimo being the best i believe. I’ve watched the series four or five times.

Loved watching them back then. Really miss them. Last episode that I watched was the one that his son in law trapped a wolf in his first try.
The other shows that followed with different names of course, all of them were too fake for me to watch. The background music on those shows was so loud that makes it impossible to hear what they are saying.
I hope they BRG this show back on air
