i'm not sure what they were going for in this combat patrol; its £200 worth of models; in what seems to be a very middling-to-lower tier combat patrol. if the intention was to get people to use these lesser used models; i don't think it does enough to justify that; as it heavily requires needing to punch up (max strength is 6, most units are strength 4); but simultaneously doesn't have much at all to combat the fact you are wounding on 4s or 5s against anything that isn't guard, and on 6s against vehicles. Maybe if they actually let the ophydians keep their plasmacyte like the skorpekhs in the other combat patrol, it'd make it easier to use. But right now it looks like a bunch of very weak, very squishy units

Might be good to test it against the strongest and weakest 10th edition combat patrols (no point testing against 9th anymore, they’re too strong)
