Just a little tip if you know you are going to go through it. 4 teaspoons is a gallon of distilled water and you have a gallon of soak. Just put it into a coffee cup or microwavable cup and heat it for just a few seconds and your good.

I'm tired of soaking my other eyebrow in saline cups. This isn't my first rodeo, but my question is, for an outer (end closer to ear) eyebrow piercing, do you think the saline pad soaks would suffice right from the start of the healing process? I'm just nervous to deviate from what's always worked for me.
More back story if interested...I've always submerged my piercings with great success for healing. I just did my left outer eyebrow, it's pretty much healed, now I'm doing my right. Bending and dipping my nugget into water is jacking up my back though. Does the padded soaks actually soak into the newly forming fistula?

There can be several factors to take into consideration here, so I would recommend consulting your piercer to get their recommendation on the best aftercare for your piercing :)
