90 days notice period scam chala rkha hai pure desh me . Koi offer aata nhi hai 90 days ke period ke bich me , Indian companies think people are slave. Anywhere in world notice period is not more than 30 days. Still you believe people should work as donkey in notice period. Government should name Employee as Labour .

I am serving 90 days notice period and i am completing 60 days till now but still i am not getting my salarys

I am working in MNC company and urgently my marriage is fixed so m not able to continue my job then i have submitted my resignation on 10 may 2022 after that my manager and Hr reach out to me and talking about bond that is sample of bond nd i didn't sign on that bond after that they said it oky but u have to pay recovery payment because u are not able to serve proper notice period then i said I will pay remaining amount then also mai abscond hongi .. after pay of recovery plz help me out on this if any one have a knowledge.
Even if they mention it as abscond it's not valid as you already sent a mail , and followed the formal resignation process. So u should have the screenshot or copy of your resignation mail with your last working day mentioned. Which acts as a proof to your next company that you resigned not absconded . At the last resort, send a legal notice to higher authority with proof that you have resigned but the company misleads your departure , make sure keep attached a legal copy with it.

Resign kerte time keval boss ko mail nahi kerni chaahye HR ko bhi mark kerni chaahye or rhi baat notice period ki to notice period serv kerna chaahye kyu ki full and final, salary, or experience letter bhi to lena hota hai or ye sab after notice period hi milta hai
