    Thanks @Jaydin P, i am in the processing of learning how differential lock works and your video exceed my expectations, really thanks for efforts showing how to dissamble/assemble it; i just Wonder how long lasting the system is and if with the time is not going to slip ( sorry my knowledge is límited), thanks for your time!

    That looks great! I've been driving a 5 door version for the last 10 years. I'd love to have locking diffs on it. I'm getting a gen 3 Vitara next week, and I wonder if it would be possible to install on that one. And what the part prices are.

    I would love to have a airlocker on my grand Vitara can’t justify spending that much money on a arb though specially since I mostly only drive off road with it I am thinking a mini spool is a better option if I don’t like it and it’s that bad on the road I can take it out

    Why would you run the copper pipe over the moving teeth gear, I thought the bouncing would. Move the copper pipe onto the toothed crown wheel and chew it up??

    Hey bro, how do you find the fourx4art suspension kit. I'm looking at getting one, they seem to be pretty popular, heaps of Suzuki's have them. Had any issues legal wise with restriction on lift size and that? Cheers

      Haven't had any issues works very well, I just changed the bushings to factory rubber

    I have a problem with ARB lockers. The twin washers inside the air line ring (seal housing) mounted onto the axle spline gear (bearing journal) is so low quality. They begin to leak after a year and start to pump your diff oil out to the air pump and now you have an oil leak from your air pump. And when the leak increases with more wear, your lockers stop locking. You have to dismantle the whole diff to change those washers. And guess what, those also wear and here we go again. They are constantly subjected to friction when the axles are moving. This is a big big design weakness. I prefer electrically operated lockers now.

      I've got mates that have had air lockers for years with no issues but E-lockers are another good option as no Airlines

    How does the 4xfour Art suspension feel?

    • @jaydnp.
      @jaydnp.  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's actually a pretty stiff ride but does flex good!

      @@jaydnp. Is it stiffer than the factory one?

      @@jaydnp. Does it run robust on the road or is it uncontrollable?

    • @jaydnp.
      @jaydnp.  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@randydiaz5951 it is stiffer than Factory but the kit was designed to have an aftermarket rear bar on the back which would soften the suspension up, besides that it drives and handles as if it was factory setup

      @@jaydnp. awesome mate. Thank you! I've collected 14 mid 90s Vitaras & Escudos. Mostly convertibles. Mainly tidy up. Put back on the road. I'm so not mechanically minded. But fun & easy to work on. Have an H25 to swap in. (& H20). So love great content like yours🤙🤙🤙
