I'm sure there will be faster Surrons with KO controller & motor combo, but you're one of the few brave enough for going 80-90mph on this "bike" (size, weight, tires, brakes, etc.). I'm primarily interested in 0-30 & 0-60 mph times with my build as I don't have a desire to go for top speed records with bicycle components. The fastest accelerating 72V setup that I've seen documented so far did 0-30mph in 1.5 sec and 0-60mph in ~5.x sec with a 72v battery, BAC8000, 64T sprocket, extended swingarm, etc.). I appreciate your thoroughness and honesty with your testing.. not using tailwind, drafting, downhill, etc. in your favor. Video evidence with verified GPS proof. 100% transparency. No tricks or "proprietary" secrets.

BAC8000 for the win...Best Controller on the planet. I have the GLE Dashboard app display...much better than ERT. You can convert all ERT controllers to GLE with the GLE integration kit and it is in stock.
Can someone explain to me why we need dual rotors on the Sur Ron when hardcore downhill mtb riders get away just fine with one? I get there's a bit more mass, but maybe we should be cutting that down in the wheels instead of adding an extra rotor.
Unfortunately. I couldn't afford a broken dismantled, parts missing surron. Pretty sweet bikes though. It was fun watching ruddy almost killing himself ripping around the pond.
@@JackCecil there is...just hasnt posted or seen every youtuber who has a fast surron. Your bike has a nice top speed but it isnt anything special. Its a stock motor. You can easily get a bac8000 or even larger controller than the bac. Then get the upgraded battery which would be the hardest part. Most controllers can change the controller settings through bluetooth on an app so thats the same as that lcd can do

Not a single challenger has proven me wrong, maybe one day, but for the past 3 years I've been #1. I'm ready to retire. And by the way, it's not the BAC that's special. It's the tune. It's one of a kind. The firmware is custom built for my BAC. Nobody else has it, and i know the secret. 🤙 And did i mention I'm 175-180lbs? These dudes trying to beat me are 135lbs 😂 and still get spanked.
Im no sure that you have the fastest suron anymore I built one back in 2020 havent rode it much in a while but it is all modded I used some of your original videos for inspiration so thank you for that but I have had it up to 90MPH I suppose I could make a video I have never made a video for youtube before. TBH maybe I could bring it down to florida and we could do a race. I have BAC 8000 as well street tires belt drive and 72 volt system so very similar to your build. I believe I could go over 90mph that is just the fastst that I have ever gone on it (recorded on cell phone GPS. I ususally cruise around at 60mph when I am just going out for a spin but havent done that in a few months tbh. Either way this is by no means a calll out but if you are intersted in maybe a race or something for fun lets see if we cant make that happen sometime it would be fun for sure no one here has a suron and i get alot of funny looks.

Just a note here : belt drives are quieter, but theyre less efficient at transmitting power than a chain is.

You need qs165 or KO motor.Upgraded motors have bigger magnets so it gives more torque at high speed.
