    With the rad mounted like that, from the looks of it, you’ll suck air into the pump. Flip the rad so the tubes are at the bottom and slide it all the way to the top. Air will collect at the top of the rad, tubes will be at the bottom only pulling in liquid. All problems fixed.

    This is just saved me a very painful build day - thank you. I have now opted to return the 3.5" SATA drive I had planned on using for cold storage. It was either that or a case return, ram return or radiator return, and I can live without a 3.5" SATA drive!

      Regardless, if u get a modular psu that’s 160mm or shorter, u can still fit the 3.5 drive bay. I managed to. (My psu Corsair RM650 (2019))

      I fit everything perfectly in this case (750x PSU which is bigger and the HDD cage) by feeding most of the cables at a 90 degree angle through the bottom hole opening. No compromises were needed :)

    I dont understand why nobody has the glass front like mine. So its very hard to find guides and reviews on, all the youtubers ive seen have this mesh grate or whatever on the front. Im not sure if the dimensions are the same but it is what it is i guess!

      It’s because this is the ‘airflow’ model which has the mesh front and clear glass side. The tempered glass model has tinted black glass front and side. I bought the airflow model and then the tinted front separately so you can see clearly through the side. Vid on my channel!

    Change your aio location. The air inside aio will move to highest point and that is your aio pump. You need to install radiotor higher with lines down or radiator at top. Then the air gets stuck in the radiotor where it does not affect cpu temp.

    Pro Tip, mount the front fans to the exterior of the case, with the radiator taking the current place of the front fans. Sure, the front panel doesn't fit once you have screw heads sticking out of the exterior fans, but plenty more room inside the case for a chonkier gpu, radiator, and maybe extra pulling fans on the interior side of the radiator

      I have my AIO mounted all the way to the top & was able to fit a 120mm fan in the bottom; however I was only able to use 1 screw to hold the bottom fan in whereas what he did he was able to use all screws to hold his fan on up top.
      I wanted the radiator mounted high so I could have the hoses on the bottom, Gamers Nexus has an excellent vid explaining why this is more beneficial for the life of the pump than having the hoses positioned at the top of the radiator.

    • @Chukijay
      @Chukijay 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yeah, it’s possible to fit most anything where you want it but this guy isn’t very handy. He can also install the front rad fans in FRONT of the case, just behind the front vanity panel. I did that in a 220T airflow build and had to shave the rubber bumpers but it fit. In my own build I just used the fan and rad screws in different positions. I now have three front fans, two top fans, and a rear fan with a front mounted 240mm AIO with the tubing on the top.

    Lol, been there during builds... Always frustrating.
    So, one piece of advice I would have for you... GET THE TOP OF YOUR RADIATOR ABOVE YOUR CPU! You DO NOT want the barbs LOWER than the pump head on the CPU itself... That is how you burn out your pump, get air bubbles percolating if any are in from the factory prime, etc... Think physics and gravity. You want gravity working for you, not against you. Essentially, you ALWAYS want the barbs (where the hoses come out of the radiator) ABOVE your CPU.... I cringe when I see people install from mount AIOs with the barbs at the bottom. You didn't do that, but you still need those ABOVE the cpu head.

I also wasn’t able to get the rad to fit at the top when I placed it at the front of the case because it kept hitting the top of the case. Thats why it ended up mounted at the bottom.
