Mine updated just fine via WiFi during the first initial boot, still running it through WiFi also. I do know they recommend Ethernet when doing firmware/beta updates though.

For some reason everything works fine but when after I import my show, the lights on my Duo won't come on. They work before importing but not after. Anybody else have this issue?

Make sure you have the most current firmware for your device.
