@@josefinedubarry2363 I am just getting a new cage because it is the I think the critter nation bigger and more versatile. I will probably get another chinchilla in the future but can't right now because of covid-19. If you get a chinchilla, make sure to DM me on instagram at @chinchilla_kingdom. I would love to see him/her! 😍🥰
I heard that the brand Kaythee isnt so good, but im not completely sure, i think the chinchilla notebook said it! But thank you for the video love it and your chin.
I think different chinchillas like different things so unless they specifically said that it’s bad for a Chinchillas health it might just be that their chinchilla doesn’t like it. I might be wrong but 🤷
You are right, you a lot of Kaytee products might not be suitable for chinchillas. For example their chinchilla food, treats, hay balls, and wheels should be avoided. When it comes to hay, you can tell the quality by looking at the stems. The hay should be green and fresh and not falling apart. I also use hay from the AZ Chins website, and Pandora really enjoys both these hays. Hope this clarifies things up a bit 😊
Ed Smith Yes, this batch of Kaytee hay seems pretty fresh, Pandora loves to chew at the stems of the hay. I wonder if all chinchillas are picky hay eaters 😆
What about treats? Im thinking of getting a chinchilla and im trying to learn as much as possible about them right now. So what treats do you recommend to use? I know that you can use oats and greens but idk if they're safe and you didnt say anything about treats so im wondering if they should even get them? Ik that this is a very late comment but it'd be very helpful if you could answer me! 🥰
I know you made this comment quite a while ago, but another option is to buy a replacement metal pan and lay some granite down inside the pan. Your local hardware store will most likely cut it to size and then you can put it in the pan and you're good!
I appreciate how much effort you put into your videos!! Your editing is amazing and pandora is precious!! 💜💜💜
I always try to do my best! 💕Your comment really means a lot to me. thanks for making my day ❤️
This was very helpful! Thanks so much!
Awesome! I’m glad it helped! 😊
I just got my cage 2 days ago for my birthday! I am starting to set it up! I love your help💕 keep it up, btw it’s a critter nation 162
That's awesome, I'm so happy for you. And HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🥳🥳 The critter nation 162 is the best cage in my opinion. I just ordered one myself :)
You did? Are you getting another chin or just a new cage? And thank you!💗
