    I made your Honey Mustard dressing. Delicious! I had to switch honey for maple syrup on account of I didn't have enough honey. Even so, it worked perfectly. Thank you for sharing your recipes!

    i made this recipes for my salad. so delicious. my lose weight diet no longer tasteless. i used small portion honey/brown sugar, doesnt effect my lose weight journey at all 😊

    Just made the Yogurt Ranch Dressing... I make my own Greek Yogurt that is as thick as cream cheese when I let it drain off all of the whey. I eliminated the sugar (diabetic) and added 1/4 cup of whey for a thinner consistency. Love the flavor. This is a keeper. Thanks for sharing!!!

      @@JustHereToHear - I use my Instant Pot with the yogurt setting. I strain it in flour sack cloth in refrigerator until it reaches the thickness I want, The longer it strains the thicker it gets. This is a good video to get started: th-cam.com/video/KhRc4IgjhnE/w-d-xo.html

      Yes! I’ve wanted to try making a substitute cream cheese with yogurt, and that was exactly what they showed in the video I watched!

    I'm loving these recipes! Btw you can add a little sour cream to thicken your dressings...
    Sticks to potatoes better and doesn't absorb into them 😉

      @@Anbdhsuw bc when you only use just mayo it will eventually fully absorbs into the potato.. and then it’ll feel like you’re just biting into potatos instead of creamy potato salad… a little sour cream doesn’t completely stop it from absorbing, it’s not plastic it’s not forming a barrier plus it’s mixed with the mayo, it helps the mayo sticks to the outside and helps maintain that creamy texture when you’re biting into it.

    Y’all complaining about sugar, the recipes uses two tablespoons sugar TOPS, that’s like 96 calories. If you split the dressing into four servings that’s 24 calories from sugar per serving, that’s nothing. Dressing is for adding flavor, it’s forgivable to add some taste. Plus if you’re gonna complain, complain about the olive oil, that stuff is 119 calories per tablespoon, so adding two tablespoons to the dressing ups the calories by 238, or about 60 calories per serving. Still not actually that bad though considering you want flavor in your dressing and oil adds a lot! The dressing is gonna work out to 100-150 calories per serving, is my guess. If it tastes good, totally worth. Will be trying ASAP

    I made the Honey Mustard, eyeballing the measurement and see what works. I have a fave honey mustard at a restaurant so that is what I was going for. In the end I add a bit of lemon juice and I quite like it even though the greek yoghurt is ofc making it taste a little different. Still quite tasty and a nice change from store-bought dressings (less waste and healthier I hope)

    Loved yr video. Quick question though. We get some great readymade soft cheese spreads off the shelf. It's not creamy enough for a dressing, but worthy of an attempt. What do you suggest I should add to the spread to make it creamier and smoother to be used as a dressing? I was thinking perhaps Olive Oil, or Milk/Curd, Water even?!

    the unhealthy part of dressings are usually the oil part. try tzatziki style sauce with low fat greek yogurt and thin it out with water.

      Fresh olive oil is healthy, and if you substitude sugar with honey, you also get healthy.
      So learn about the ingredience before you criticize.

    i enjoyed these recipes, especially the spud salad mix, but using steamed pumpkin and sweet potatoes and apple chunks, fabulous, the only disappointment was the stupid moaners, trolling about "unhealthy oils and sugar" ? olive oil is perfectly healthy, and sugar (brown cane) is also ok taken in moderation! if you stuff your faces full of sweets and shite and sit on your fat arses all day in front of a TV doing nothing, then you will have a health problem with it, but if you eat healthy and in moderation, lead an active life and do some form of sport even if its just walking, then you will have no problems whatsoever? enjoy the fact that someone has made the effort to produce such videos, taken the time to share things with others, and thank them for it instead of moaning and trolling them for something so petty and insignificant!! if you dont like it then dont watch it or attempt the recipes, if you do you might actually get a pleasant surprise!! jaysus, get a life !!!!

      if you find them boring then why not try experimenting yourself? they are just tips that you can use as a basis, i found adding mango powder and in the potatoe mix, a bit of coriander powder addied a lovely exotic touch, you shouldnt take the suggestions as gospel, you can always use your imagination and add your own elements?, i myself didnt find them boring in the least, a great basis for further experimantation..........

      Oil(fat) is essential (olive oil,avocado,coconut oil,grass fed butter,nuts butter)...ur body need them wherease sugar are not essential,thats why fat are call essential fatty acid or protein are call essential amino acid
