    Incredible collection of old Newfoundland postcards. Alot I never seen before.I used to collect pre 1920 but sold them about 20 years ago and regretted it.

    At 15:47, the pic titled "Kyaking at Turnavick" is actually a pic of kayakers in Nain harbour.

    At 8.45 that's Holyrood, not Holywood? We've visited a couple of times and eaten in the Station Diner.

      You are correct, that is most definitely Hollyrood . It is very common for the early publishers of these cards to make printing mistakes... Ive eaten at the Station as well, great food... Thanks again for watching....all the best

    Keep these! They contain irreplaceable pictures of early 20th century Newfoundland watercraft now lost to history. Maybe post them online as Early 20th century Newfoundland Watercraft on a website and ask for others to add to the collection.
