    What kind of input signal is it supposed to receive? Line level signal or you plug it in a headphone output on your interface? Noone mentions this most basic requirement. Thank you

      Supposedly headphone output

    Nobody ever says if it colours the original signal in any way making it unsuitable for mixing / mastering.

      @@hifive7366 I’ve never experienced any issues mixing or mastering with it. The signal seems uncorrupted in my opinion.

    Hello sir. I am curious about what audio interface you are using and if you went out of the monitor Jack's to the Mackie or a single line from the headphone port into the Mackie?
    I'm running a pair of Beyerdynamic DT 770 80ohms out of a scarlett 2i2 and I'm at 98% volume. I need more.
    Thanks for the review.

      I have used the Mackie on several different units and it works well. I am currently using it on a MOTU interface and have run it through both the individual outs on the back of the unit as well as the headphone port.

    Can you plug an iPhone or iPad or labtop directly as input with a TRS cable or do you need a different gadget to be able to use either these devices?

      Thanks for watching. Yes you could use either of those devices as an input using a TRS cable. Some people plug TVs into the Mackie so they can listen with headphones.

      I heard it use to sell for $29 and now it's $39. What's the deal with the $10 price hike MACKIE?😳

    Hi, Is it perfect for the 250ohm headphones by Bayerdynamic?

    • @blackboardrules1963
      @blackboardrules1963  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It may not be the perfect fit but it should drive them just fine without any problems.

    Good video!
    I have a AKG k240, does it lose quality or is it almost the same when plugging into an interface? Greetings from Argentina!!!

      Hello Argentina! 🙂
      No I don’t think it would lose quality. It should should be pretty close whether you are using the amp or an interface.

    Hello, do you just use a 1/4” connector cable to connect to an audio interface?

    • @blackboardrules1963
      @blackboardrules1963  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. Just a 1/4 inch cable to connect to the interface.

    • @mariomaslik
      @mariomaslik ปีที่แล้ว

      But what port on the interface? Line output or headphone output?
