they MISSED MORI YOSHIDA!! the BEST croissant IMHO in Paris, BUT as a self-proclaimed croissant-head every trip to Paris contains at least 2 dedicated days of going from patisserie to patisserie looking for the best and I can tell all you Americans that the croissant they sell in your hotel or on ANY street corner is going to be 1000 times better than anything you get in the states (except Arsicault in San Francisco which is hands down the best on the planet) and will blow you away...it's the butter in France, we just don't have anything here as rich and creamy as they do.

The only reason why you know she's not from here is because of small grammatical errors ("vous êtes surprise?" instead of "surpris" since she was talking to a man. Meunier is a great bakery. Good products for a very reasonable price, especially for Paris. The croissants there zre excellent!
What is this trend for puffy croissants? See all the so-called "influencers" eating over priced puffy croissants that look just like industrial stuff. No doubt the ingredients are good, but this isn't a proper croissant.
