    I've been doing this workout for about a month. I'm 61 years old. Yesterday I shoveled snow for 4.5 hrs. Today I feel fine. I love Calimove.

    3 circuits of 5 exercises (20min)
    30sec exercise - 60sec rest
    - Push-ups (-inclined push ups)
    - Jumping-squats (++jump higher)
    - Rows (-decrease range of motion, bending knees)
    - Shifting knee up
    - Swimmer (++use weights)

    I just finished following along. I did 30s on 1 min off, but i did it with explosive push up, knee tuck jump squat, leg elevated rows, sitting knee up on floor and swimmers with resistance band. It absolutely killed me!

    It's been a while since I haven't been able to do a 'regular' exercise in a TH-cam workout video. Those sitting knee ups are no joke. Will have to practice...a lot!

      @@erwinsan4746 Not to the level he demonstrates but getting nearer. I signed up for the mobility program and have gotten about half through the intermediate level. Some moves improved easily others still require modifications.

    Hello Sir, I've been watching your videos since the start of covid19 quarantine, and i really appreciate the workout routines that you posted.
    I was an active swimmer, but since covid stuff, i haven't been able to swim at all
    My question is, what is the best alternative for bodyweight workout that train the same muscle as butterfly stroke and freestyle?

    I completed the whole 25 week program. The only time I went beyond weight training at the gym for 7 weeks. I am 59, and I am introducing this to my son on Monday.

    That routine felt really hard. It wasn't super challenging but was still quite tuff and I think ia great when you don't have much time and just want to keep fitness up

    Great way to start the morning! One question: for your online programs, or for the rest of your exercise videos on the channel, do you incorporate warm ups and cool downs? Don't want to risk overtraining or damage to muscles and joints by going too gusty too fast.

    I usually just do max pushups and squats, which can get pretty dull sometimes so I'm not really motivated to do them sometimes. I'll try this program and see if it's more fun!

    My favorite part about this channel is the tier lists of exercising on different body parts in other videos
    and the bald guy funny expressions, did stuffs that is bad for health purposely and actually still being shredded like crazy

      @@pranavsurabhi6728 if you're really serious about building muscle and progressing fast do these like 4-5 days a week and take at least 1 day off for best results cause rest is also important
