  • The day Greg picked up the Hudson Valley Motorcycles Ducati Multistrada V4 S he rode it down to ARAI in Pennsylvania. Jeff from ARAI unboxed a new XD4, talked about how everything works, and the do's and don't, plus set up the Cardo Packtalk Bold in the helmet. Get some tips on the best way to install a Cardo system into your ARAI helmet.

    You guys seem like nice guys. That said, this “install” video is perhaps the worst I’ve ever seen.

    Far too much irrelevant talking!! wish you would have talked more about the install!!

    Wow, it would have been great if you could have focused more on the Cardo install. If you can do it again and just focus on the Cardo install that would be greatly appreciated.

      Okay, I will do something a bit more focused on the Cardo in the future.

      I'd like to see a focused Cardo install for the Arai XD-4 too. Thanks for this video as well!

      Yep. This was a bad example of an instructional video.

    Useless. And now that your speakers and their mounting velcro are a part of the cheek pads you'll have to replace the velcro every time you wash your pads.... if you wash them.

    i went on to this video to learn about the helmet and blue tooth set up not call of duty or eating donuts

    Did I miss the installation video? =-) Other than the speakers. He keep the helmet in his lap, away from the camera 90% of the time.

    I tried this but after 30 minutes or so, my ear hurts real bad. Had to move it at the back of the cheek pad.

    That trick with hiding the speakers away in those cheek pads was absolutely brilliant and made all the difference in the world … very neat installation and no pressure on the ears at all … thanks for sharing …

    With that speaker positon, is your ear comfortable?

    • @GregsGarageTV
      @GregsGarageTV  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. It took some maneuvering around, but the ARAI seems to like low and forward for the speakers.

    Can the XD4 fit 45mm speakers?
