The shiplap looks good.
140F is the target for killing insects if I remember correctly. Did you reach that with or without the dehumidifier running?
A 100W bulb would go a long way in an insulated space, if you need more heat in the non-summer months

I'm quite happy with the shiplap too. Got to 140F without the dehumidifier (the first time). I'll have an update on activity with the dehumidifier soon. It is actually pulling in water.
