aww man see people on here that make videos of LS swaps and say you can do them on a budget,,shit somethings always going to go wrong,i used all new parts from summit and other places no ebay or used parts here my two goals were reliability and run cool here in tx heat,that bummed me out bad,i did the complete Ls and cam swap in my 05 blazer which came with a 5 speed after the install i had to remove the trans 3 times the last time i installed a T56 and i had the bigger bearing in the crank snout from the previous 5 speed and it would not go in and it killed my shoulders come to find out i had to remove it and put the smaller brass one in and then the 6 speed just slid right in,i paid for the torqstorm but im just waiting on it,curious to see if it wakes this 6.0 up plus im going with 430 gears so hopefully it will scream bloody murder haha.but i feel your pain man,everything went wrong on my ls swap,i fired it up all by myself and then had no oil pressure then had to lower oil pan some and fix that its just been hell and a ton of money,trying to decide on piping size and intercooler,i want to go with 3 inch because they make so many kits for like a hundred bucks anyways.later man cant wait to get my supercharger !!!!!!
Running Corvette or f body accessories? I'm currently swapping a 6.0 in a z32 and really considering this. Hoping corvette bc that gives me the most space to work with.

Dang I knew I forgot to add something! Updated the video description with my specs. It’s a 5.3 and I’m running the 3.10” pulley that peaked at 10psi of boost on my setup. As far as i know that’s the smallest pulley they make currently.
3” all the way to the axle back, then it steps to 4”. I have a video on installing the system if you’d be interested in it. It sounds pretty awesome in my opinion

This is a 5.3 Liter L33 truck engine. Not technically an “LS” as-in LS1, LS3 etc but it’s close enough for me 😉
