How to install S13/180sx Suspension in a KE70/AE86

- This a sort of guide showing people how to install Sylvia front suspension into an e-chassis (Ae86, Ke70, Ae71)
Parts needed:
S13/180sx/240sx/S14 Front Adjustable Coilovers - Tein Coilovers
Ae86 Adjustable Camber tops (T3 Techno Toy)
technotoytuning.com/toyota/ae...
S13/S14 Front LCA, Hub and Knuckle
Brake disks to suit Sylvia
S14 Front 4 Pot calipers, or any Z32 or R32 caliper
8x Nissan Lug nuts, Toyota and Nissan use different thread
RA60 Celica Rack Ends
Datsun TRX 910 Tie Rod Ends
Braided Brake lines
Bolts:
M14x70mmx1.25 + nylock x2 (LCA)
M12x60mmx1.25 + nylock x4 (Knuckle)
M12x30mmx1.25 x4 (Caliper)

Oi nice work. Great quality video. I’m looking at doing the same conversion into my ta22 Celica. You said you used the Techo toy tops for the coilover, is that cause you didn’t want to drill new holes in the strut tower?
Yeah man didn’t want to drill into them, they aren’t the strongest either so just went with something that bolts right up

@@466Kishan question i want to convert to bigger brakes and 5 lug. Could i just bolt on the complete lower control arm and steering tie rod on to the s14/13 hub?
@@vladybuilds6670 yeah you can you just have to redrill a hole for the tension rod to bolt in and for the outer tie rods I messaged techno toy tuning and told them I needed longer outer tie rods ends and got it from them

Did you use back the AE86 cross member or is that the S13 cross member as well
Are they bottom arms lengthened or are they stock ?
Just stock s13
Which camber tops is it?
Ae86
Why not use ae86 suspension u got a 4age in it
Found it easier and cheaper to source and use S13 components over Ae86

Where we are there isn’t a lot of ae86 parts or cars around but plenty of Silvia components so just made sense
