argus advanced laning tip(for those that has played him for a while): -If there is no enemy around, u can use his ult after passive, becouse it gave u double passive, sure u may want to use it when u are low, but if they are good at escaping like esmerelda for example, this trick would be usefull -You can use his passive and 2nd skill at the same time to save time a bit, becouse everytime argus deals damage, he recharged his passive, so you can use his passive and 2nd skill at the same time when u are on a duel. -His first item depends on the enemy, if they are squishy, buy berseker first, if they are stronk, buy dhs first, and if they trying to bulid dreadnaught armor/dominance ice, u must quickly bulid malefic roar instead of continue finishing your bulid -His best spells are execute and purify, flicker is also recomanded if you are facing squishy and weak enemies, but if u againts fighters, use execute so you could be aggresive earlier. -Thank you for reading Edit:This comment is a little outdated, now sprint and inspire is also a great choice for Argus

He is easier to play now, especially with his ultimate, before the update, usually, they would immediately lock argus after ult, which is annoying, and its cooldown was too long, so it gave them a lot of time, now that his ultimate cooldown lowered by half, he can bait some greedy enemies while waiting for his ultimate to be ready again using his 1st skill, becouse its a great escape skill for him
I did a build around his ult being low on cdr. So, I did a full build for it. Waraxe, hunter strike, blue buff and magic shoes for close to being 15s ult, I think. I kinda forgot but I didn't lack dmg even without crit. But I do like the crit build because of the attack speed for squisher targets.
@@rayon6367 Wrong. Argus with Lvl 3 Ultimate has a 30s CD when he has 0% CDR. With 40% CDR, you gt 18s CDR, his immunity to death last for 4s. So, basically his ult has 14s CDR when the CDR is 40%. 40%-18s(14s) 35%-19.5s(15.5s) 25%-22.5s(18.5s)
As a ML player for more than 3yrs I see betosky as a completely different utuber... He has 200IQ thinking with a funny output and his voice is what I like the most. The only thing I dont like about argus is that when he use his skills he has a delay and cant use ult but other than that he is one of the best non meta heroes

@@zion7271 He is a really solid split pusher tho. I've made 5 comeback games before by just attacking turrets. He deals a lot of damage to turrets starting from mid game - late game. With his intense attack speed late game he can pretty much destroy an inhibitor or turret in under 5 seconds (with inspire). But I agree with your point, sprint is a bad spell for argus
I like him more as an offlaner because it's a 1v1 situation. He can crush enemies even if he's level 2. The poking strategy really works well with his first skill and second skill. They underestimate the poison that Argus' second skill does. Only thing you have to be careful if you're using Argus in offlane is the ganks of the enemy. You taking the first blood makes you a big target. And if you're enemy is careful, you won't get the first blood and what's worse is that the enemy jungle will most likely gank you to prevent you from getting strong. You really have to be careful of using that first skill if you're enemy is cautious. I have encountered games where the enemy always visits my lane but they fail because I was overcautious knowing that they're surely gonna gank me. Sometimes, I just fail to notice that and end up getting beaten up in my lane because of those ganks. But still, he's no a solid fighter. Sure he was good before his revamp but he's now even better. Although I really really am afraid that he's gonna get nerfed sooner or later.
I think the only defensive item worth buying for argus is athena shield when they have burst mages to sustain a little longer before activating ur ult.

A quick tip against Argus (gold lane): As you all may know Argus’ s2 in early game hurts a lot especially when you use a marksman. If you’re worried that you will lose against him with marksman, just use Popol. Your wolf can easily help you to stop Argus s1 from connecting into you and combo his skills. And you can use Popol’s s1 to keep poking Argus instead. ✌️

I still love the old Argus but this version is fine too. One thing I noticed is that heroes like Franco and kaja... you can't use your ult which sucks. I miss the old swinging animation tho... when the blade was fully charged and u had incredible fast attack you could swing at an insane rate. Speed was like 3.0

it's surprising how i haven't seen that many argus players going jungler, even though his jungle clearing is so bloody fast its insane
usually an assasin or mm will benefit more from the jungle than a fighter, because a fighter can mantain in lane much better and still be useful

Like come on, every other fighter has a Ult cooldown of 10/15 seconds(late game with CD(-)items) and if we go by his damage then the marksman still outclass him in that segment.

Normally I play him in the sidelane because he's the King of Sidelaners now. In PH🇵🇭 server, my Argus just slaughters the game completely by Killing and Pushing🤣.

When mage/damage dealer dont rotate the map properly, stay only mid most of the time, please make one video for this issue.
Because mage rotation is really important for side laner to get support, if enemy damage deler is rotating properly side laner can't defend lane properly
Mage can't rotate if Tank is only babysitting the MM.
@@LionMil1 u r right, but its not like if tank wont rotate then mage cant rotate, mage can still rotate right.? But some mfs come in team fight, who dont even rotate from starting of the match.
@@biplobrabhapro Yeah I had these too, but it was only a small percentage. Sometimes it helps just writing in the chat "Mage please rotate" then they listen :)

I still love the old Argus but this version is fine too. One thing I noticed is that heroes like Franco and kaja... you can't use your ult which sucks. I miss the old swinging animation tho... when the blade was fully charged and u had incredible fast attack you could swing at an insane rate. Speed was like 3.0
But he didn't have that heal effect and his ulti CD is high
I am always just close enough to getting a maniac and a savage each match. If only enemies can stop killing me everytime I come near them.
