I read her book very interesting it's a good read I enjoyed it i want to ask if you could do one on Wilson Pickett? Wicked Pickett he was a good friend of my uncle they use to hangout at the green hat that use to be on Linwood years ago in Detroit they use to get falling down drunk and high i understand he also was 5 or 6 hand full's and he didn't like Diana from what I heard he would treat her very bad until berry talk to him he was something else 😂 thank you I really enjoy your video's a lot! I've heard quite a bit about it my uncle was the music arranger and song writer and I've heard some stuff 😂 thank you I enjoy the video's
I was not aware of this artist and it seems like she paid her dues. I will definitely look into her music and see if I like any of her songs. I so surprised with all the sexual stuff back then VD was not a problem with unwanted preganancy. Thanks Ashley 💞. I don't believe that something didn't happen to her, in 1958, at the age of 12, to hyper-sexualize her at such a young age. Somethin' was up, she heard something, saw somethin', experienced something, on a regular basis. She just ain't tellin' it.
Not saying you’re wrong but truthfully, kids are truly interested and curious about things… just like kids who do drugs, no parent forced them to consume said drugs but they still try it out of curiosity. It’s not hard to believe that Bettye at age 12 was just very curious and open🤷🏾♀️

It’s not far off for a kid to be curious in sex without knowing what it is or having been told about it. Just like when little children play with toys or other kids and look, touch, or observe private parts/body parts. No one has to tell a kid at that age about what the private parts DO, they’re just curious in wanting to know about it.
