Hey there! Delta does offer flights going back and forth to all company bases daily, but it's simply how the operation is structured, not so much with the goal to fly their employees back and forth, if that makes sense. Hope that helps! :)

It's always been my dream to work for Delta indeed, can you please tell me if there's any possibility for any Canadian passport holders to work for Delta in the US as a flight attendant, if yes, will Delta sponsor me for any work visa? Hi there! I do know of people who held green cards who worked for Delta, but they do not sponsor, unfortunately. I'm sure you can make it happen; it'll be a longer process but if it's your dream, don't give up on it :) very impressive you speak so many languages!
Hello. I am curious to know, when you are on reserve and you don’t get a assignment. Are you not getting paid? I thought we are guaranteed 76 hours of pay monthly, making yourself while on reserve time. Understandably, I know every Airline is not the same I’m speaking from Skywest policy.

Are flight attendants able to pick up extra trips to earn a little extra money? I ask because I was laid off from a position that paid $72,000/year, and I've dreamed of being a flight attendant since my freshmen year of high school, but life got in the way over the past several years. Unfortunately, I'm not married so I don't have another income to help pay the bills. If offered the position, it would be nice to be able to earn a little more $$ to help pay for bills.
Hi there! Yes, you're able to pick up extra trips to increase your income. There are also Facebook groups for flight attendants who ask to swap or simply take trips :)
