Brilliant video. I recognise the entire area; Peter Pans Pool (in the 80's there used to be a small fun fair and roller coaster); Bromley Court Hotel etc. I grew up near the hotel. I can't remember the name of the street, though it was a stoney hill which went all the way down to a main road near a golf course. Downham Way of course. In the 80's (showing my age again), there was the Cloud 9 record shop, Downham Pet Stores and across the street - Woolworths!
The last time i visited ( about 4 yrs ago) nothing was as i remember in the early 60,s, i expected it to be the same i suppose....I lived in oakridge road, i think i recognised our old house in your video, thanks for that!
