Phones are like a car... give them a good care and they will last long enough. We use it for txt, calling and web browsing anyway.

I have a galaxy a11. It has trouble even doing that.
Just got this phone yesterday, its pretty awesome. The phone itself is big and feels very solid, the camera is pretty good and the speaker is nice and loud when listening to music in my house. Overall its a good phone for what I use it for.
Is it good for gaming?

After 1+ year with it (got it Sept 2020) it has slowed down a bit if I have most of my storage filled with photos or if I have more intensive games installed, but overall I don't use my phone for games or as a camera, so usually after some internal cleaning (not litteraly obviously) it clears up.
Only big issue is that sometimes the phone will freeze when trying to turn the phone off. It does resolve itself within a minute or so, and maybe it's just me, but be beware of that.
For 70 bucks I give it an 8/10. Price is important so I'll bump it up a but to 8.5/10.
So far one of the best phones I have owned. Very thin and feels great on my hands!
I bought the a11 back at 2020 and tbh, it's not the best; primarily on one thing: performance
It can handle day to day task but gaming is definitely a big no-no for this phone

I had just switched from an s7 to the a11 for about a week now, and I really love this phone, and it just might be me already being familiar Samsung, but it's a pretty solid midrange phone for me
If you are calling it a mid range phone, you must be very contented with it because it;s a budget phone. I too have an A11 and no complaints. I know my phones limitations that's why I am happy
Yeah what the guy above me said, this phone is amazing but it's definitely a budget. But by knowing that when buying it it makes it so much better.
Yeah what the previous two guys said above me, it's OK. By far my cheapest phone I've owned but it was a temporary gift since my s10 screen cracked. It's decent for it's price & what it can do. I'm content with it, but not used to the camera quality, cpu speed, display fps, internal memory capacity, etc. Now I'm just using my s10 as a DEX monitor via hub on my monitor & it's great since I can't use the screen at all. Something I cant do with my A11. It's incompatible with the newer usb 3 cables/hubs. Gotta get a usb C 2.0 type to hdmi if you're not using screen casting.
I bought 2 of these for my 11 and 12 year old daughters for Christmas as their 1st phone. Brand new for $100cdn each including cases!

Hi,I have a? owning the a11 since April 2021 I love Developer Options😘 but came across absolute volume ? Since android 11 like sftware updates but noticing volume seems not loud? 2gigs of ram sorta depressing mine seems to be having issues keys sticking ,volume,sometimes apps dont close using back button...

Can apps be moved to the Micro SD card? I have the Galaxy A01. It has 16GB of internal storage, and apps CAN'T be moved. So I'm constantly forced to delete apps when I need to update an app or download a system update.

I just got this phone I'm coming from a samsung Galaxy J series tho so this is like gold compared to that 16. Gb storage was never enough esp since I do door dash and instacart as well as addicted to social media lol. This phone really is a huge step up for me. :)

Did you know the fingerprint scanner can not only unlock it but can be used as an guester by going to setting an-. Here
Settings > Advanced Features > Motion and guesters > Fingerprint sensor guesters, and switch to on
And then swipe down on the fingerprint sensor to bring down ur notifications and do it again for ur control panel..

I had one and it was great at first the the sensor would work sometimes and sometimes it didn't and it was just really slow
Use this as a secondary phone on Straight Talk. The coverage is good in Indiana.
My husband only uses his phone for calls, texts, email, TH-cam and google. I can get it free with my plan right now so I’m thinking it will be good for him. It would be an upgrade from Samsung Galaxy S7.
Not everybody have a TH-cam channel and need a phone for content creation and video editing,it’s a basic phone and does what it supposed to do ,I got it for my old uncle who just use it for basic stuff ,calls ,texting,WhatsApp,and Facebook.It’s not a $300 dollar phone so it’s not expected to Preform as one.Go get a iPhone 12pro max if you want performance.

Was the a11 discontinued cuz I was gonna get it for free from T-Mobile but I couldn’t cuz they said it was discontinued but I can’t find anything saying it was
No it's not
I was looking for a new phone for my mom, and she does obviously use it just for basic activities, and besides these TH-cam videos I also went on the T-Mobile website to see the reviews from people that had this phone and the vast majority that reviews said the phone was crap.
Not even to the point of comparing it to a flagship phone, which obviously you can't, but in that it didn't even function as well it was as it was supposed to in its own right.
Always hard to know what to believe
You can believe this guy Kevin Breeze, Techdaily and Izzi Boye. Most of the negative reviews you read are from trolls that get paid by rival phone companies.

I think its really good for the price. My cousin has A10 and its really good too.
But in Vietnam the price is quite expensive.
A10 has petter proccer with a10s a11 a12 .a10 the best
i switched from Iphone 7 plus to A11 last year.. for daily use all is good.. I like the lcd display, large and comfortable for reading and watch videos.. the price is reasonable.. the downside is slow in loading webpage and poor camera.. but for its price and daily use, this is a solid phone
Battery wise?
I’ll only use it for two apps (Telegram & Signal)

i got an m11, basically same as a11. and i just received one ui 3.1 yesterday.
and until now i havent had any issues with the phone( i bought it november 2020)

@@quchi7232 also m11 is 3/4 gb ram while a11 has 2/3. And the display is great, super responsive even with a glass cover, viewing angles are great. The only con this phone got is the selfie cam. The quality of it isnt that good.

Yes the Samsung Galaxy A11 is still worth buying in 2021. I have the Samsung Galaxy A11. But I am waiting on samsung to bring the Samsung Galaxy A12 to united states. And to bring the Samsung Galaxy A12 to prepaid cellphone carriers like AT&T prepaid cellphone service. I have AT&T prepaid cellphone service and I have the Samsung Galaxy A11 on AT&T prepaid cellphone service.

I have the A11 it's okay it's not that great it's slow at times freezes up when fingerprint unlock is on i don't like that i have to enter my pass code in turn off my phone take awhile for the phone boot up but overall I'll give it 3.7 out of 5
