I love this floor plan a lot. We currently have a 250sqm lot and would like to know your professional opinion. Would it be possible to add another bed room to be used as guest room as well as maid’s room with the added space since your model here is only at 97sqm? and maybe use the remaining space to enlarge the other bedroom as well?
