Beautiful work. However I cannot visualize 1175 sqft flr plan looking this spacious. Even with lighter walls and monochromatic furnishings, hard to wrap my head around it. I wish there was a built house with that spec so I can judge how I feel about the spaces.

Nice, but I find the layout inconvenient. You have to go all the way round to get to the gazebos at the back. There should always be a back door.
