I think everything is so well thought out and practical. I don't mind not having a foyer when the cabinet (which can be replaced by a smaller console) near the main door can easily hold any items when entering/exiting the house. The shared bathroom with urinal can be used by guests. I love the bedrooms' hallway wall - perfect for a gallery. The bathroom in the kitchen is for before and after use of the pool. Everything I need is here! Thank you for the great layout. Keep up the good work! 🔥👏✨
Why do keep putting a bathroom in a kitchen,it doesn't make any sense at all ,a kitchen should have a pantry with lots of cabinets

I would make the bathroom from the kitchen a small laundry and put the washing machine in there which allows for a dishwasher in its place in the kitchen and also make the new laundry room added pantry space. You have a small table in the kitchen room and also a large dining table next to the living area? Just get rid of the small table and put more cupboards along the brick wall. It’s better to have more storage! Sorry to sound negative! I live in a similar sized home without the pool and only single car garage. From personal experience you have to maximise the space and have ample storage. Your interior design is still on point and I love the pool! The general floor plan is good just not your utilisation of the space👍👌👏
I like this, is more practical. Wise for space, some persoality didn't like many staff. Simple and neat.

How can i get this Plan. I love everything about this plan...
I really love the design of this house, but there is absolutely no storage space besides the bedroom closets! There is no pantry, no linen closet, and no broom closet.
There is only space for a washer, but no dryer, which means the house will need a drying yard for the clothes as well.... and there is no wash tub for clothes either.
I also don't like the bathroom being in the kitchen. I think that whole area could be better laid out and have a simple 1/2 bath (powder room) that is accessible from the dining room instead.
All in all, I think these little design flaws can be easily fixed.... so good job.

How come these houses do not have an entryway or a foyer of any kind? Seems incredibly awkward to be to enter the house right where the TV is. Also bathroom in a kitchen is very strange.
