A lot of recipes or tips I’ve learned from you have become go to’s when I cook! I already know this will be a new favorite, thank you for making cooking less intimidating!!
Haven't paid for Kung Pao chicken since I saw your recipe over a year ago, and it's my favorite Chinese chicken dish. Variations include adding diced carrots, celery and baby corn ears as well as substituting shrimp for the chicken. Delightful dish and thank you Aaron and Claire for helping me to learn this so that mine is now better than restaurant versions.
Yet another delicious recipe! My dinners are always so good because I watch your TH-cam recipes! Your first cookbook is excellent too - when is the next coming out?
I've watched you for some time. I don't comment often, but Kung Pao Chicken is my first love of Asian food. Everything you make looks so delicious, but this one looked more fantastic than the rest. To you I say that it is true "more green onion, more delicious". And to Claire I say "Cheers". Thank you so much for everything that you share.
I will add this to my Aaron and Claire favourites. I know my husband will love this. My youngest daughter is from South Korea and was taught to love food from her Country. Now she goes to Korean restaurant in Australia if she eats out but we also cook at home. You have made it easier. My youngest granddaughter from my son who is Canadian/Australian speaks five languages. She leaves for Seoul in 10 days, she won a four year scholarship to University there. My family is a little mixed up.😂
I spent a year in Beijing and Kung Pao chicken (I think technically it was kung bao? Is that a thing?) was one of my most common orders because it was so good and so filling. Every Chinese restaurant since coming back to the states where I've ordered kung pao chicken, it just hasn't been as good. Not just in flavor, but in chicken style, veggie ratio, sauce, something is always wrong. This version here honestly seems like it might be pretty close to what I got over there!
What witchcraft is this? 😱 You make it look so easy! My favourite protein to have with Kung Pao is king prawns, so can’t wait to try this recipe with them! Also Claire is right - the peanuts are the best part 😍
You’re not alone! If you’re using Sichuan peppercorn oil instead of Sichuan peppercorn powder, like in this recipe, there won’t be that unpleasant gritty texture, but only the tingly, numbing flavor and fragrance that make it so special! 😍
Vegetarian dishes too, pls, vegetarian dishes. Some of us love the animals and do not want to kill and eat them, as we do not like to kille and eat fellow human animals

Your recipes have never lead me astray. In these harsh economic times, I love being able to cook the great food that I love on my own at a discount.
Yessss!!! Been waiting for this one!!
I knew it!!!! 🤣 Hope you love this recipe! 😍

Thank you. Delicious as always ! ❤
Thanks!! 😍
Oh. My. Pants. That looks incredible. I think I'll try this with paneer (and minus the oyster/chicken powder parts) for a vegetarian version. 🤤
This is of my favorite dishes!
Same here Joe! 😎
Thank you so much for this music
I'm confused ... music?
Thanks 😅
Which dried chili peppers were these specifically? Appreciate it!
I used Korean dried chilies, but any dried chilies, like Chinese, Vietnamese or even peperoncino, works beautifully in this recipe! 😍

Guess what we are having for dinner tonight? It's Claire approved so it's got to be good!
Hmm, I wonder if it would work to use tempeh. Seitan is a possibility.
U r amazing!👏 Claire says, 😋 💕

You just can simply change the protein!
@@AaronandClaire Thank you for your very helpful and detailed response: "change the protein"....
Just switch to firm tofu
