Beyoncé, Kobe Bryant, Micheal Jordan, Obama (his mom & step dad dotted on him) and many more. Even in my own circle peers with these are flying. This confidence is innate. It’s a sense of worth having a loving home can give you, a home where you feel worthy regardless of who you are. As an adult, it’s a lot of work to build as it’s difficult shutting down the voices of criticisms, shame and sometimes poverty. If you want to have a child or if you already do, use this as the push you need to build them. As they both said, you can’t give what you don’t have. So you have to do the work, you have to heal.
