How to Make Native TUWO with Corn Flour

  • Tuwo is a Nigerian Native food, it's not an heavy food (so light), and it is enjoy with the combinations with Gbegiri Soup and Ewedu Soup.
    Ingredients:
    • Corn Flour (Tuwo Flour)
    • Potash
    Note:
    While turning, don't let it hard at the beginning, so as to be easy for you to make.
    And you can also sieve the corn 🌽 flour if necessary.
    Serve with:
    Gbegiri Soup and Ewedu Soup (Jute Leaces.

      Use dry corn, make sure there is no det, then grind the corn with specialized grinder or food processor

      For better result you need to put potash (it won't turn yellow without the potash and also you won't feel the taste of tuwo when eating). Thanks & sorry for late reply

      if it's taking in a moderation, too much of everything is bad.
      potassium rich food is good in some health issues, eg: regulate blood pressure and reducing the risk of hypertension
