- Honestly There was not to much wrong with My 2009 Yamaha R6 from what I have seen so far. I replaced the spark plugs on it just to find out that i will be needed new coil packs. Other than that I liked the bike up some and mocked up the 2017 headlight assembly.

Insane, I’m trying to fit 2017-2020 farings on my 2006 r6 and I’m so excited because I found your vid but not only that, my r6 has the same issue, the exhaust sounded weird and I checked the headers heat and 2 were colder than the other and I’m guessing the issue are the coil packs, thank to you now I know

I knew it. Your first video about this bike, I commented and said it would be ignition coils. I've got a 2004, so I know all about these bikes eating coils. As soon as you showed us the spark plugs, it confirmed it for me that it was the coils. You should change all four of those coils, and all four of those spark plugs. After that, you should be good to go.

Have you checked valves? That’s a very common issue with the R6
How could I install a 2017-2020 rear subframe ? I wanna do the full 2020 on my 2006
The subframe bolts right up to that frame
Built From The Bottom awesome I thought so cuz I have a 2006 and a friend has a 2010 and it looks like the same frame
Keep it up to 3 inches in the front and 2 in the rear, it wont look like the front is Pac-Man trying to eat pellets and the front being lowered looks and feels so kool.......i did my gixxer 1000 and its the difference between night and day bro......

I did this to my R6 and left the old gen R6 tail. I used 2017+ harness to deal with the wiring and headlights unfortunately I didn’t make videos of this but check out my IG @R1_Assassin I have pictures of my R6 there
