    Brilliant video Moses! Keeping it simple yet effective! Question are these new workouts you're uploading doing the slow 4 sec tempo considered isometric exercises? If not what would you classify them as?

      They are called high intensity training some will consider it also superslow training. Isometrics are also good way to build Strength but time static contractions are even better than isometrics

      Burpees are no good for you, they will get you injured

      @Cut Eye Visions hope all is well, bro. Burpees are fine as long as you are doing them safely. It's all about technique and form. Sorry, i told you not to do burpees before.
