This method training is called high intensity resistance training. I have been training once a week for the last 6 months. Along with following a proper human diet i have notice great results.
i went from 195lbs October 2021 to 170lbs April 22nd with 11% bodyfat
i love this style of training because it saves me time exercises. it's impossible for me to get hurt moving slow. i can safely take my muscles to momentary muscular failure.

    My goal is 1,000 in one set, Already did 1,000 in 4.5 hours, What I’m problem solving, is mixing to high reps, forcing blood flow and control, cool video.

      4.5 to 5 hours, 10 reps at a time, but the problem was, I could only do a max count of like 20 to 25, and instead of building form, I just got super lean.

    Thank u for the video! Do u reply to comments?? If so, maybe u can help - I'm right handed, so it's always easier for me to hit muscles on the right side of my body than it is my left. Even with this, when I turn right, I really feel it hitting, but when I twist left, I'm hardly feeling it. What can I do to fix this, get the same impact on both sides and hopefully avoid any muscle imbalance? Thank u!!

      @@l.e.b.3803 because you are a beginner your ability to deeply fatigue your muscles to momentary muscular failure is still lacking. You need to perform the exercise every 2 to 3 days.

      @@l.e.b.3803 also track your progress each training session. If you are doing less than your previous session then that means you need to give your body more time to rest and adapt. Each session should be your best session.

      There is no need to perform the routine daily. Every 2 to 3 days is perfect

    Very interesting! Could it be that in the 4 upper body exercises you don't lock your elbows, precisely for the same reason that you don't fully straighten your legs with the squat?

      Yes thats the reason i dont fully straighten out on the squats also. I am keeping constant tension on my muscles throughout the entire movement.

    Can only do 4 reps at that tempo should I do another set with a little rest inbetween sets ?

      There is no need for an exact set. Those 4 reps are good enough. Keep track of your reps and working on improving until you can do about 9reps. Once you have reach momentary failure you have effectively recruited your fast twich muscles fiber. They take about 3 to 5 days to recover so any set after is not neccessary.

    Been training this way for years. I do suggest tracking reps in order to monitor progress. At some point, I do need to move onto more difficult variations! Nice job!

      It's a great way to workout. Yes i do track my numbers. I am surprised a lot of people don't know about this style of training. So effective in such little time

      @@motivationbymoses the style was made popular by Arthur Jones, Mike Mentzer and Diorian Yates back in the day. I think it fell out of favor because people simply were brainwashed with multiple set training. Personally, do 2 20 minute workouts per week!! People refuse to believe that’s all I do!! When diet is on point, you don’t need much exercise! Nice work Moses!

      I don't that's my only strength session for the week. This is split A i so a second split B the following week. I will shoot that video also, that one has abs and forearm exercises. I train my abs 2 times a month.

    What if I will do pushups daily . No fix day of rest it may be once a week or two. I do home workout without any equipment. So pushup is my main exercise . Is it bad to do pushups daily ??

      Depends...do little regular...intense take rest day...push and pull is better than only push or pull

      You shouldn't be doing pushup daily, you will actually slow down your progress. Your muscles need time to rest, repair and adapt to training. If you are training everyday you never let you muscles repair and adapt fully.

      @@expertjunction9350 you should be doing squats, watch my previous video to this one. Some form of pulling exercise (pullups). Shoulder exercise (pike pushups, hindu pushups). Core (plank)
