Thanks for showing the different size screws on the jump block area. I appreciate you going through the assembly process and then providing us your findings.
I''m a Begode fan but the build quality of Leaper Kims EUC are undeniably impressive. You can tell a of of thought has gone into the engineering of this wheel. Lets just hope the firmware engineer held up his part. Thx for sharing your insight and time ;)
Those extra springs shown in the video look like progressive or dual-rate springs. If so, that could be a game changer! SS/Patton plush in the upper suspension travel plus increased bottom-out resistance.
They mentioned pressure relief valve for the suspension, might be what’s new on top of the shocks. On mtb forks ‘New Pressure Relief Valves eliminate unwanted air pressure build up in the lower leg caused by variations in altitude or temperature.’
Do you guys have a full review on the Lynx? I am waiting for Christine input on her riding experience on the Lynx because I want to know how a lighter rider feel on the Lynx. Hope you will have a video of it soon. Thanks.
I hope Grizzla makes aftermarket front bumpers, it doesn’t look like there’s a way to get rid of the toe pad and keep the front bumpers without cutting them.
The battery cases look pretty much identical to the Patton, just made out of Magnesium. Pedal height is 0.6" taller because of the bigger wheel, it's a slightly longer suspension (10 mm), and then the top cover is taller because they raised the board off the chassis. Any chance this thing has an IPX rating or meets any of New York's safety standards? It's gonna be a real wake up to these EUC OEMs when their wheels are suddenly banned from being sold in one of their largest markets.
what happened in New York and what do u mean as most of these are sold on-line and shipped to your door? I live in Jersey so IDK what u mean but would like to hear what you are saying as I doubt it will affect the riders as I ride in new york and never have had any issue.
@@oldretireddude from what I understand they are the same pedal hangers. The guys at Nylonove said their Patton pedals fit for sure. I haven’t heard about any of the others.
pLZ let me know if this has good torque for a big rider as I am 6'4 260lbs... I am about to buy one but want the patton esqu torque in a 20 inch wheel... thanks
I ride regularly with a guy that is 6 foot 5 and 265 pounds, he currently rides a v13 and has had Sherman's in the past. He has had zero issues, and I think this should be solid option. However, I am just being honest here, my friend does struggle with range. I'm 6 foot 170 pounds on a s22, he gets identical range on the v13, it's just physics. V13 has nearly 1000 mah on the s22.
@@2cells1pack Thanks I think that is probably strictly due to wheel size... I love 20 inch so I am ok and as long as it has nice torque and feels nice I will be happy... It will be my first leaperkim as I have owned all begode & one king song wheel . I like what leaperkim is doing Thanks for the response.
Pedal spikes could theoretically be ground down into sharper nubs. I really don't get why the OEMs are so stuck on offering the worst pedals, unless they're specifically doing it to help the aftermarket suppliers. In that case, just don't sell it with pedals and reduce the price a bit. It's not only more expensive for the customer, it's wasteful AF to use up all that metal for something that won't even be used.
Really looking forward to this. I'm hoping to replace Karen next season. This company needs to stop making pedals, just ship with no pedals if this is what they are going to do for the price point.
I guess putting the wheel together had a upside. If somethings and needs repairs you know how to take it apart and fix it. Probably start a business repairing EUCs...or better yet learn to make your own

Best lynx assembly video I have seen. Thank you. 😅
No problem :)
Perfect explanation!!
Finally someone who teaches the assembly of the Lynx well!!
Congratulations!!👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻🥰
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for the unboxing video, are you guys going to make a tire change video for the Lynx like you did with the Patton and SS?
Quality build! Looking forward to more of your impressions of this wheel.
You and me both!
Thanks guys! Can't wait for your ride impressions.
You bet!

It was nice meeting you at AVS also!
This may be my next wheel...Looking forward to your ride review.

Marty just confirmed with LK, those are progressive springs new and unique to the Lynx. Score!
Yes I played with Marty’s a little bit and it felt good
@@2cells1pack don't play with Marty, your girlfriend is not going to like that. 😂😂😂😂😂
I like "some assembly required". It gives an opportunity to check all those hidden screws.
Only for air shipped models :)

Ohh! That’s cool. Didn’t know

We plan to, just have been busy since that unboxing

Grizzla always saves the day with good protection
Looks great
Thanks!
Have you ridden either the Lynx or Patton with both 66lb and 70lb springs to be able to compare the ride quality?
Lynx is much better due to progressive springs
Build quality looks really nice. Tire change might be a pain.
Tire change will undoubtably be a pain, much like the patton, but if that's the worst of it it still seems like a great wheel.
the patton tire change is daunting the first two times, after that it goes way faster than you expect
@@Senioritis012agreed on this, I can get access to the axle within 10 minutes
From watching Ronin’s video it looks easier than the S to change.
Which kind are the extended bits for that drill? 😊🤔

Sweet new intro! Also I need to get that mini Makita electric screwdriver.
I love it!
thanks guys, can’t wait for the review 🎉
Our pleasure!
Do Patton seats fit the lynx? Do Sherman s seats fit like the Luna ?
Having a Patton, will the footpads off the Patton fit onto Lynx?
Not sure about all but the Nylonove ones confirmed do.
@@mcfly_ev it's just that I like the Patton footpads. If I bought the Lynx I could swap footpads before selling the Patton.

Where do you find unassembled unicycles, and are they cheaper to buy?
It’s not that they’re cheaper. They’re more expensive as you fly them in.
Which pound suspension would you recommend for a 220lb rider?
what hill grade?
If not using toe blocks. How do you cover that hole on the front sides ?
See 13:22
don’t know if needed
Albert, are wires safely routed from shells (no direct contact with metal holes) under the pedals?
I actually forgot to check this … will check it out on my full tear down if I get the chance
* For toe pads 22mm top front 16mm top other three 12mm screws bottom?
The hinge of the charging port connectors might cause a seeping. I would cut it off.
Yeah I didn’t like that much
