The ringed knights aren’t anywhere near as aggressive as the the millwood knights. Plus any mob with archers will be at a huge advantage. Ringed knights just lack any sort of cc.
At the end of the earth, before Gael hunted down the last Pygmy lords, before he and the one made of ash would clash for the right of the dark blood of man, the blood of the dark soul, there were the two last armies. ironically despite the ages that they came from, neither followed a god into battle. they followed those who had never turned their backs on their comrades, who had only shown the strength to carry the immense burden of leadership, they followed their leaders, and the leaders followed their humanity. Their humanity led to the other’s army across hills of ash and fields of crumbled churches and buildings. One led the ringed knights, slayers of dragons, the first to bear the brand that now tag all undead, his twin swords which he had once used to guard the spears of the church now had a different purpose, to protect the last of his ringed people. The other led the milwood knights who had escaped the painting while it burned, now only a scrap remaining, carrying with it, a small, gentle hope in it, held close by the leader of the knights. He carried his weapon in both hands, prepared, just like his comrades, for whatever foe they may meet as they march to find the last remnants of hope for themselves. Both met each other in the deepest pit of ash, where the last two armies to exist, where flame or dark be decided, and where the last great battle at the end of it all would begin. It is a shame neither knew that it didn’t matter whose army would win in the end. They didn’t know that if only they set aside their weapons and stood together they could find their last glimmer of hope as they fought their common for. They didn’t know that after the winner was declared, The Red Hood would arrive. To devour their dried and blackened blood. It’s a shame that neither would win. It’s a shame the last war between the last two armies, ended with both loosing.
It was always gonna be millwood. They're tankier, pushier and all have AOE attacks. The Ringed Knights only saving grace were their big shields and RKPGS.
