In 47 years I have never seen an American take such a genuine interest in rugby, specifically the SA-NZ rivalry as you TySJS. I am at a loss for words here

The Autumn Series is Southern Hemisphere countries travelling north to play Northern Hemisphere teams.

Spingboks won both games played this year, it's their longest beaten run against the all blacks with 4 in a row, last time the Springboks held that record was in 1998.

In the 2023 World Cup final I walked into a rugby club bar in Canada mixed with green and black jerseys. Polite smiles and handshakes all around and then the whistle blew…

Reacting to Squidgerugby, wow. That man taught me rugby from tactics to everything. Him and wibblerugby taught me so much. Hopefully you can react to more.

My friend, as a coloured South African, I appreciate the love you have for the Springboks but you need to dig deep to understand its racist history and its miraculous turn around as a symbol of unity amongst South Africans

There's not REALLY an off season in Rugby Union, because if the international teams aren't playing then the clubs are, it's basically just switching between which level of Rugby takes presidence for the biggest names a which time during the year. That's about the closest to an "off season" in Rugby there is.
As for the next games between the All Blacks and South Africa, they're scheduled for some time in 2025. Exact dates haven't been released yet to my knowledge.
Also, another funny thing about Apartheid, is, that, when it was in full swing, the discrimination wasn't actually just against Black and Coloured South Africans, but the English/Anglo Descended South Africans as well, as we Afrikaners still bore, and kinda still to this day, bear a grudge against the British/English for the Concentration Camps and genocide attempt they subjected our people to in the 2nd Anglo-Boere War. It wasn't as in-depth legislative discrimination as with Blacks and Coloureds, but more of the Modern American style of hidden institutionalised Racism where it's there but you *really* have to spend effort to prove it, since doing such a thing on the level of Apartheid to the Anglo/English South Africans would have been much more openly and vehemently opposed internationally than compared to the Apartheid policies against Black and Coloured South Africans, which was for the most part just seen as a "meh they can keep doing it as long as the Soviets exist and they keep opposing communism".
