    God almighty will bless you!! I have been healed by your simple advice. I have been suffering from acid reflux that was triggered by a medication prescribed by a doctor. I have visited 3 different doctors because I have been taking acid medication and antacid but it has refused to go away until I stumbled on this video. I took fresh lemon 🍋 water for 2 days to boost my stomach acid and my acid reflux disappeared. The truth is I have been suffering from low stomach acid and not excess stomach acid instead. Most of these doctors in the hospitals knows nothing. Once again am grateful to you. Thanks

    For low stomach acid
    1.Chew slowly
    2. Cut down on processed and high sugar foods
    3. Ensure good zinc levels
    4. Have fermented foods ( check if u can accommodate them for ur current health condition)
    5. ACV 1tbsp+ ginger powder in a mug of water
    30 min before meals
    6. Stay hydrated
    7. Ensure good iron levels

We humans believe and support things that aren't doing any good in and for this world and humans! Such a shame and so sad.

    Eleven Years ago, I changed my DIET , and I stopped eating *Dairy* *Gluten* *GMO* *Junk Foods*

    GERD, Erosive Esophagus and Low Stomach Acid. I want to know how to HEAL EACH ONE*
    I mostly eat 2 cups full of food "Per day" , for each bite I chew my food 50 times (per bite ).
    I take Zinc Carosine, DGL , Slippery Elm and L-Glutamine , D3/K2, and several other supplements.
    I exercise daily , take time for myself , like take a walk . I can't take ACV because or Erosive Esophagus ( it would burn the throat. ). I can't eat Raw Vegetables, I'll make a soup with "certain " vegetables in it .
    My doctors NEVER said I had low stomach acid, since I'm older , I just assume I do.

  • @CT2507
    @CT2507 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    People like myself have misused antacids because they are over the counter easy to get. The doctor should be much more aware of the damage they do and NEVER subscribe anything that kills your stomach acid. They should rather deal with the root cause but they are too busy, too superficial and too dumb to even be interested in that.
    The cause i was having upper stomach pains and acid reflux was because of too much allergy medicine! A condition the dumb doctors couldnt treat in the first place. This summer i didnt take any allergy medicine and didnt suffer acid-like pains or reflux, which i had had for more than 10-15 years every summer.
    Most doctors are useless.

Also I take sanjeevani acid mukti and pitt mukti and colon health also n detox medicine. I feel I have low stomach acid too . I take healthy diet but don't know where I am going wrong. • @CT2507
      @CT2507 ปีที่แล้ว

      I had burning in my stomach like that every summer for many years. I found out that it was because every summer i was on allergy medications. This summer i treated my allergy with bitter herbs and avoiding food that cause me allergies. So this summer i didnt take any allergy medications and i didnt suffer any burning in my stomach or acid reflux.
      Check what medication you have been on since your problem started and see if you can avoid it. A lot of medicine upsets our stomach and is the reason behind the burning that feels like we have too much acid. But it is not too much acid. I have realized now i have too litle acid.

Include Apple cider vinegar in diet and natural anti-bacterials like Neem, Tulsi, Turmeric etc. There is a very good ayurvedic medicine named "Amalpitta Mishran" by Dhootapapeshwar company, has many natural antibacterials like Giloy, Mulethi (Licorice), Neem etc. Practice intermittent fasting if it suites you. And relax your mind, more than 70% of population in India has H.Pylori, so its not a big deal unless its causing you ulcers.

      Hey yess. This happened me. Low stomach acid means you can dissolve protein into amino acids. You need the amino acids to create adrenaline. Adrenaline is needed to give you energy. You need iodine b6 zinc and sea salt for stomach acid. Also you can get amino acids directly from plants. I was trying everything but the missing link was iodine for me. Im doing celery juice and sea weed.
