Great job! Most difficult terrain I’ve seen in a while. For comparison it would have been fun to watch Graham Jarvis or someone ride this whole section!
I would love to see you give more tips or explanations while you're riding to help people aspiring to be better riders, like myself, but I love the content none the less, keep the videos coming!
Thanks man. I might start doing some video like that. I occasionally havehabe a few little things here or there but a full video of techniques might be cool
Every Single Sunday , I completely agree. Maybe not even a full video even just mention what you’re doing ya know and why that’s beneficial during your normal riding. Super cool of you to reply to my comment too!
@@MegaShotgun21 I try and reply as much as I can. My goal is to build this channel into something good for entertainment and to help people out where I can
Every Single Sunday, hell yeah man I look forward too it, if you’re ever in my part of the country over here in Southwest Missouri, I know a few places.
I would have pussed out there too I guess. No shame though looks like you had a well traveled bail out trial to escape so you're not the forst one . I want to see Jeff Aaron do this, I'm sure he would run a trials tire though you should try one some time.
To each their own. I hate cruising around on fire roads or riding more than 40-50 miles in a full day I enjoy the struggle and love getting through a challenging section.
see you would never get to see that stuff if you weren't out riding or hiking around. that is a badass wash trail. i like some tight technical stuff but idk how much i would like riding that particular trail as much. it's still sick as ever though
Probably a dumb question but what set up are you using (bike & gps). Also you mention something about your breaks i couldnt quite understand. Sick vid!!!
@@EverySingleSunday Thanks for the quick response! Yea, ive been looking into buying a new bike. I have one but its all broken down and years old. Looking for an upgrade. I'd never seen the trail tech voyager though. What a goldmine! Happy riding m8!!
@@EverySingleSunday a video on that gps and mount setup would be great! I'd like to know how to mount my phone just like that. What is the mount you are using?
@@DerekHildreth if you want to mount your phone. I use a Rockform Mount and case for my street bike and it sits just like this. But, that stuff is crazy expensive
@@EverySingleSunday Even just to see in detail how that GPS mount of yours works, I might be able to fabricate something on my own. Looking forward to the video! Thanks for the information. I'll be checking that out now. I've also heard of RAM mounts as well. Maybe they'll have something...
That's funny, this is the only riding I enjoy. Having the bike take me out into the back country. Love me some enduro. The harder technical trails and pushing the bike and myself to the extreme, the better. Love your vids Travis 🤙
You need a trials bike for that type of terrain. I don't see the fun in that style of riding. You're in first gear doing seven mph most of the time. A smaller, lighter bike geared much tighter would be WAY better suited for this canyon. I much prefer trails that are more open where I can get to third or fourth gear, but I ride in the trees. To each their own, I just can't see how that's any fun at all.
I have a Trials bike. It's makes it a lot easier. But at the events I compete at.... You can't use the trials bike so practicing on my race bike is a muct and to each their own.... I enjoy what I do
Graham Jarvis would title this, “The Basic Canyon Rut Hopping Technique” and then hop right through there without batting an eye.
100% yes
That guy made me feel like an absolute rookie when I took his class.
You guys are nuts! Most people wouldn't go in there on foot! Really enjoy your videos great stuff!
I'm one of those people. I'd probably fall if I tried to hike it
Cool section... Riding the canyon ends at 4:40 lucky to have a bail out... proceeding further is game over!
This has got to be one of the coolest rides ever!
I was completely shocked when we dropped into that canyon. Completely blew my mind
I can’t believe 1. How good you guys are and 2. How crazy you guys are. Cheers!
Just out having fun and enjoying bit all. Thanks man 👍

4:00 in I could just picture myself getting hurt in a place like this by myself. Oddly enough my name is also Josh haha.
I get super sketched out riding places like this myself. I have med kits / tourniquets etc in my bag but usually no cell service to call anyone.

Did you need to turn around and ride it all back?
We just went up the side of the hill. Last left turn about 100 yards before the big hole
How much does Josh pay you to carry all the water, tools and snacks? Just asking, 25lbs on your back takes a toll.
Some people just won’t do it themselves no matter how much they should. He will learn someday
