When one of my classmates insulted me I did some mistake....after that I felt like because I did some mistake iam remembering something....once I felt that because of my mistake iam getting this thought.....my thoughts increased and now I forgot that mistake and my thoughts are playing with me....don't know how to change my mind for not getting such type of thoughts..could you help me in any way Emily ?
