I found your video a couple of days ago, and I'm hooked. I was desperate to learn about this phase of my life, which has taken over my life. I've been so depressed because I couldn't understand what I was doing wrong about my weight gain. I'm so glad I found your video, and I have already learned so much. I will definitely be joining the program and purchasing your supplements. Finally, someone who understands our struggles. Kudos 👏 to you.

Anyone missing oatmeal? I had to completely cut it out bc of blood sugar issues. I found this oatmeal replacement on YT. Can’t remember specific channel. Sorry. So here goes…
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tbsp hemp hearts
    1 tbsp flaxseeds
    1/2 scoop protein powder
    1 tbsp almond flour
    Handful of blueberries
1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt
8 ounces milk of choice. I use almond.
    Stevia (optional)
I absolutely love it! Hope that helps someone.

I’m nearly 53 and have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome from an accident almost a decade ago. I also have fibromyalgia and central sensitization. I’d been doing all these good things and it helped me lower inflammation and pain. Then life got rough and I slid back into bad habits over a couple years. Now I’m in terrible health and terrible pain. However, I was blessed to find your videos and am going back to the healthy ways you reminded me of (plus plenty of new things that are fascinating).
Thank you for your instructional, thorough, and truly interesting videos. I appreciate you sharing your vast knowledge and experience, for free, to get women started on the road to the best health, especially in menopause. Your videos are not “too long.” It’s like taking a college course online where one can pause and take notes or even break it down into smaller bits to fit ones availability. Don’t change a thing. 🙂

Chia seed is not easily digestible and in my case eventually caused diverticulitis. I can directly attribute the diverticulitis to chia seeds when I went to Emergency. So I now switched to chia seed powder.

I have found u & I can’t stop watching u! Yr fantastic! So so amazing! I’m also a Mom who just turned 54. I eat super healthy as u explain. But, I’m learning more & more from u. I need to add in the 25 min 5 days a wk of cardio aerobic exercise n get my heart rate up to 120 beats per min. Plus , I too have cancer n other who horrid diseases that run in my family. I’ve lost both my Mother & Father who I was this Caregiver for until they each passed. Plus, I’ve accomplished so much more on my life. U fascinate me! I’m following u on TikTok n on FB, as well! I cannot wait until yr book comes out! I’m so thrilled about how u go in-depth about nutrition n talk about it being about “Health & Weight Loss.” Yr an amazing person! I feel so luck today have found u on Utube! Ty for this outstanding video I have pages of notes & screenshots of yr supplements! I do take most of them already but not all. I’m going to download yr tracker app “Cronometer” sounds amazing! I ty again for going in depth about belly fat in our menopause yrs. It’s extremely frustrating to lose it which I have never ever had before. Just eating healthy is not enough I must introduce the exercise as u have stated which I did in my teens n 20’s n 30’s n most of my early 40’s then tons of stress n my Mother’s Alzheimer’s but I put myself last in the “back burner” n I suffered tremendously health wise. So now in the last 5 yrs I’m trying to get back on track n take of myself. I had a lot of “health issues.” But like u mentioned - I DO NOT want to be unhealthy for the rest of my life! I adored my daughters & I want to live a long healthy life! So ty again! I can’t wait to join! ❤️❤️

1 hour in and I've learned so much! Some things I'm doing right (eating enough fiber, walking like a bear is after me). Things I need to improve upon (eat more protein at each and every meal plus foods like sauerkraut, sour pickles & yogurt or at least use probiotics. I also need to start practicing intermittent fasting. I especially need to stop eating/drinking more than 25 added grams of sugar).
    Aerobics
    Fasting
    Fiber
    Probiotics
    Protein
    Stop added sugar!

I like to eat the flaxseed in the morning along with hemp seeds, chia seeds, but I need to know if flaxseed having phytoestrogens will make my little uterine fibroids grow bigger or more problematic? I love all of your knowledge and videos. I took your advice on your supplements as well as many other things. I have a hard time swallowing the Magnesium L-threonate capsules. Do you think the Gummies are the same ingredients by Duehot same 1000mg as capsules Life Extension Neuro-mag Magnesium L-threonate, but the ingredients listed are very different.

Please comment on Kiefer as an option for a high, probiotic natural food. Has much more probiotics per cup than yogurt.

Great information I live all of your supplements and recipes. Do you take the fiber and collagen when you break your fast on an empty stomach?
Can you also mix creatine with the fiber and collagen??

Please comment as to whether you feel ground flaxseed needs to be refrigerated to maintain nutrition and also whether you believe sprouted, Chia seeds are necessary to obtain all of the nutritive value. In other words, do we need to truly soak Chia seeds for at least 20 minutes to obtain those benefits?

When I take fiber supplements, it gives me uncomfortable gas pains. Is it the type of fiber I am using?

I'm 41. I've been popping vitamins and supplements for the past couple of years, fasting, went keto for 1 year / quit keto after severe hair loss, used Minoxidil 5%. This comment is about my revelation of importance of food over supplements /vitamins. Gotta start using fork and spoon more often, heh

You seem to be patronage about educating and saving people's lives. Thsnk you for spreading this awareness. I do have a question: how much does it cost for the one time payment for the galvesgone diet?

People also need to take Vitamin K-2 along with their D-3. The K-2 helps with better absorption.
