    Excellent explanation of the movement, for someone who need to improve. Also, great the suggestions,for strength exercises and the amount of sets -reps. It helps us a lot.

    Thank you for sharing these AWESOME tips. I have TTB. I think the biggest thing for me when I do TTB is having straight arms but have continuously practiced to get better with straight arms.

    Does this mean you don’t use grips for toes to bar workouts? If so, could you help with what a proper grip fit would be like?

    Not able to swing enough to string them together...very frustrating. I think I am afraid to fall off the bar and therefore I don't give myself enough swing.
