Would love to see the ability In the pro version to place all X/Y coord. To make the completed form more dynamic to present to the customer.
I have the elite version on IOS and it’s been great. The UI is the same for me as the video and I haven’t seen any upgrade messages, so I’m not sure what issues some of the other commentators are having.
This app is PHENOMENAL. I am so grateful that you made it. Im just getting into it as of last night so I am still learning the UI but I do have one question regarding the stickers. I bought some of the circular ones from Walmart and they just don't stick very well in certain spots like my hip (bibs on) and my wrist (hair). Any recommendations on making them stay put? I'm thinking elmers glue lol... Thank you again, I've had severe pain develop on my road bike and after using the app last night I realized my max knee angle is only 130 degrees!
Sorry for the late reply. Thanks so much for your kind comments. Yea, I have trouble with some of the stickers too. The best ones that I have found are from Chromalabel (check on Amazon).

Difference between the normal and Elite version?
Hi, does it make any difference to the recommended saddle height ranges in terms of the type of bike chosen? For e.g the saddle height recommendation for a TT bike and a road bike, is it gonna be different?
How do you know which parts of the bike to adjust?

Could you provide detailed instructions re: dot placement and fitting from the forward view? For both upper and lower extremities (for varus or valgus angulation)?
Sorry I didn't respond earlier. The dot placement for the front is less important the side views. Basically from the front you are just doing knee tracking to ensure the knees are traveling roughly vertical. So a dot anywhere on the front of the knee suffices. Just need to make sure it isn't obscured by the handlebars at the top of the pedal stroke.
Can I fit a Time trial bike in tue elite app?
Does this work with a wheel off trainer such as a tacx neo?
Yes, it will work on any type of trainer.
Is it only available on "app" on the iphone/ipad or is there a software version on a desktop?
That would be great to record the video with the phone, then be able to import the video in the software and work with a mouse on a desktop.
Currently it is only an iOS app, but we are looking at the making a Mac OS version for the desktop.

Your pro app is just perfect, but it would be so much usefull on a real screen of a desktop.
Yes there is kinovea, but only for pc users and bikefastfit pro is much better than kinovea.
I really hope we could have a mac os version soon!
Maybe you should do a complete video of a fit. This way you could compare with the first fit and see the problematic before the new fit. What do you think?

I just downloaded your app. I somehow feel the entire User interface has changed. There is no + button at the bottom to start a new project, all I see is a camera that takes me straight to recording. I do not see the gauge meter in the bottom left side of the screen to assess the correction. Do I have to download the pro version as well to get these things? I’ve only purchased the app, I did not know I have to further purchase after installing the app
It happened to me too, I purchased the app but I haven't been able to select all the "contact points" of my body to show them in the video to correct myself, were you able to do it or do we need to also buy the "Elite" version of the app to get these features?
@@XtrastorTech I too had the same issues, I contacted the developer .. he told me that I had downloaded the lite version and that there was a new version that had to be installed, he sent me an upgrade code to unlock all the settings. But I noticed recently that it’s back to the lite version. I’ve given up
I figured out the problem. They have made two apps with almost identical names and both of them have upgrade pro options; however, to access the features described in this video, you need to purchase the "Bike Fast Fit Elite" that costs about USD$10.00. You don't need to upgrade to the pro version after paying this. This is even more confusing since the TH-cam channel is also Bike Fit Fast which is the name of the WRONG app discussed in the video.

Hi Steven, yes, the video is still there, just go to the Fitting menu in the upper left corner and select the video to analyze.
I think the hardest part would be identifying, locating and properly placing the dot on the correct body spots . To me that would the tricky part .
Yes, the accuracy of the measurements depend on finding the right spots for the stickers, but with a little care it isn't too hard.
what is the axle to axle length? how to measure it?
The axle to axle length is the distance between the axle of the front wheel and the axle of the back wheel. The distance is used to calibrate the video and calculate distances. If you are something like a smart bike that doesn't have axles, choose two points that are easily identifiable and measure that. Then go into the calibration page in the video information and manually select those points.
are we able to record more than 3 seconds ?
To balance analysis time and storage space while providing enough pedal strokes, BFF Elite limits videos to 3.5 seconds. At 240 fps that is over 800 frames to analyze and should give 3-4 complete revolutions of the pedal stroke.

Sorry, there is only an iOS version. We have limited development resources and have chosen to keep enhancing the iOS version rather that developing for multiple platforms.
It is ELITE. Only for blonds.
