I worked here years ago. I was installing some new cabling in the attics. All of the old wooden servant quarters were still there. While up there working alone I heard children running and laughing in the attics. As this was a nursing home at the time there were no children in the building. I don’t really believe in ghosts but I cannot explain what I heard. The gravestones of the dogs that were owned by the foundry owners are still in the front gardens. Interesting.
